About Fit(ish)
I’m not here to post pictures of supermodels, photoshopped celebrities, unhealthy images, or unachievable expectations. I’m not here to tell you to stop eating, to make you feel bad about yourself, chase bodies that are naturally unachievable, or chastise anyone for the way they choose to live their lives.
I’m here to post pictures that inspire me to live healthy, be happy, and that motivate me to gain the body I was born to have.
My inspiration may not be your inspiration, and hey, that’s ok.
I post images and motivation for fit, strong women who are living their lives to the fullest and loving every minute of it. That’s what keeps me going. I want heads to turn, and for the right reasons. I want to be “that girl”, and I’ll work my ass off to get there without sacrificing my health, my strength, and my integrity.
If that sounds like you, follow along! I’d love to get to know you. Send me some love, ask me anything, contribute to the conversation, or just enjoy the pink. I’ll try to help in any way that I know how, or point you towards something that can.
I’ve tried to look like a Victoria Secret model, I’ve tried to diet all of the wrong ways. I’ve lived Thinspo, and I’ve lived through frustration.
I have cellulite, I don’t look perfect in everything I wear, but I know I’m making progress. And now I’m ready to be happy and to help other girls do the same.
Let’s do this together, because no one should have to go it alone.
